In a smog-filled city, a scavenger named Kaya tunes into "Zanki," physical manifestations of memories, using her blade as an antenna to harmonize with the city's dying heart. She encounters a creature made of cables representing a lost girl's final moments and, mirroring the energetic song, slices through the static to release the memory and find peace.
