Since the file is a .zip archive, you do not need to "install" it in the traditional sense. It is a portable version of the game.
: Go to the Settings menu from the main screen. Adjust your resolution and graphics quality based on your PC's performance.
: Right-click the file and select Extract All... (Windows) or double-click it (macOS).
