Some devices, particularly newer Nokia S30+ models like the Nokia 225, require the .vxp file to be "signed" with your SIM card's IMSI number to run.
Ensure your phone supports the MRE platform . These are usually phones with MediaTek processors (MTK).
Move the .vxp file to your phone's SD card via a computer or Bluetooth.
You can use the Vxp Patch Tool to sign the file before moving it to your phone.
If your phone supports Java (J2ME), you should visit m.opera.com directly from your device's built-in browser to download the official Opera Mini for basic phones in .jar format, which is often more stable than the .vxp versions.
