Because you cannot change a password while logged in, you must use a separate working computer to create a bootable USB drive or CD/DVD.
When Windows boots to the login screen, select the user account.
Enter BIOS/UEFI settings and disable Secure Boot , or change the boot order to prioritize USB devices.
