Mystic Ruins
is a "Pachinko Roguelike" that combines the physics-based gameplay of Peggle with the strategic depth and progression of Slay the Spire . You play as a goblin fighting through forests and fortresses to reclaim gold from dragons.
You launch "orbs" at a pegboard. Every peg hit translates into damage dealt to approaching enemies. Special Pegs: Critical (!): Multiplies your current shot's damage. Refresh (R): Resets all hit pegs back onto the board. Bombs: Deal high damage to all enemies on screen when hit.
After a battle, you launch yourself through a navigation board to choose your path on the map (e.g., toward chests, elite fights, or shops). Peglin on Steam
While the "v0.8.6" identifier suggests an Early Access build from late 2022, the game has since reached its (August 2024) and even a 2.0 update (March 2026), which added a fourth act and new content. Core Gameplay Mechanics
