Sheriff Julie Forester ( Elisabeth Shue ) must team up with a group of scientists, including seismologist Novak ( Adam Scott ), to evacuate the lake before a total massacre occurs.

Julie’s teenage son, Jake ( Steven R. McQueen ), sneaks onto a boat belonging to a sleazy "Girls Gone Wild" style filmmaker named Derrick ( Jerry O'Connell ), leading to a tense rescue mission as the piranhas surround them.

After surviving a massive explosion intended to kill the swarm, the characters learn from expert Mr. Goodman ( Christopher Lloyd ) that the piranhas they fought were only the "babies." The film ends on a cliffhanger as a massive adult piranha leaps from the water. Production & "The Bloodiest Movie"
