Fix 1.46 V0.2: Project Caucasus Map Combo

Project Caucasus itself is a map expansion mod created by (and adapted by Jerry/GMC Master Fixer). It adds the strategic mountainous region between the Black and Caspian Seas, specifically connecting the Southern Region map to the AZGE (Azerbaijan/Georgia) and RoExtended maps. 🔧 Purpose of the v0.2 Combo Fix

Most map combos including this fix require all official SCS Map DLCs (Going East, Scandinavia, France, Italy, Baltic, Black Sea, and Iberia).
