Rene Amesz - In And Out (original Mix) -

The strobe lights in the basement club didn't just flash; they stuttered in sync with the thick, driving bassline of

Leo stood at the edge of the booth, watching the crowd shift like a single, breathing organism. This wasn't the kind of track that invited casual swaying. It was a rhythmic ultimatum. Every time the heavy, rolling percussion dropped, the floor seemed to dip an inch lower into the earth.

As Rene Amesz’s signature chunky groove tightened its grip, the air in the club grew thick with the scent of ozone and sweat. The track didn’t rely on cheap melodies or soaring synths; it was built on pure, industrial-grade tension.

Leo didn't answer. He just nodded, his feet moving instinctively. In that moment, there was no past or future—only the loop, the kick drum, and the beautiful, hypnotic cycle of moving of the music.

What from that era of tech-house give you a similar vibe?

Just as the arrangement reached its peak, stripping back to that raw, skeletal beat, the person next to Leo leaned in. "You feel that?" they shouted over the wall of sound.

The vocal loop— “In and out... in and out...” —became a mantra for the room. To Leo, it felt like the mechanical heart of the city itself. He closed his eyes and saw the neon grid of the streets, the rhythmic pulsing of traffic lights, and the synchronized movement of thousands of people he’d never meet, all tethered to this same relentless frequency.
