The easiest way to experience BPAN in MTA is to join a dedicated server. In MTA, servers automatically download all necessary car models, skins, and scripts when you connect. Open your MTA:SA client. Go to Server Browser . Type "BPAN" or "БПАН" in the search bar.
Create a folder in {mta_dir}/server/mods/deathmatch/resources . Place your .dff (model) and .txd (texture) files inside.
