It is a tool designed to increase your system's performance by storing temporary data on a virtual disk made of RAM. Since RAM is much faster than physical hard drives or SSDs, using a RAM disk can significantly speed up applications that rely heavily on temporary files.
Ensure you have enough physical RAM. Since the disk "steals" memory from your system, you should only allocate what you don't need for running other programs. Creation Process: Open the SoftPerfect RAM Disk application. Click the Plus (+) icon to add a new disk. Size: Select the size (e.g., 1024 MB for 1GB). Drive Letter: Choose an available letter (like R: for RAM).
