Unleashed follows Danny (Jet Li), a man raised since childhood as a human attack dog for a ruthless Glasgow crime boss named Bart (Bob Hoskins). Danny is kept in a collar and only "unleashed" to brutally collect debts. When a sudden accident separates them, Danny is taken in by Sam (Morgan Freeman), a kind, blind piano tuner who, along with his stepdaughter Victoria, helps Danny reclaim his humanity .
Choreographed by the legendary Yuen Woo-ping, the fights are fast, lethal, and creative.
